Complaints

We are committed to resolving complaints effectively, as quickly as possible. We will initially acknowledge your complaint. Please note a final decision can take up to 8 weeks to be communicated with you with a final decision, although you will be updated during that time with the progress of the investigation into your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the response, or if for any reason the complaint is not resolved after eight weeks, you may, if finance was taken out against the vehicle refer your complaint to;

The final response will;

  • Provide you with a summary of the complaint, setting out the outcome of the investigation and a final view on the issues raised.
  • State whether the dealership acknowledge there has been a fault on the part of their business.
  • Explain your right as a consumer and if financed you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you are unhappy with the response, within 6 months of the final response.

Deposit Payments

Mileage Disclaimer

Tyneside Autoparc makes every effort to ensure the mileage of our used vehicles are free from error by conducting due diligence searches and enquiries into the mileage of the used cars displayed on this website and recording the results of those searches and enquiries. From time to time, however, we may be unable to complete the investigation into the mileometer reading before it is placed on the web-site and it may not be relied on until we can complete our enquiries. No mileometer readings shown on this website should be relied on as accurate until the mileage investigation has been completed. Tyneside Autoparc will be able to confirm whether the mileage investigation has been completed or inform you whether or not it is possible to complete the investigation, before a sale is completed.

Tyneside Autoparc uses Vehicle Mileage Check to carry out mileage investigations on its behalf.

Warranty

Customers must adhere to the manufactures service requirements to validate Tyneside Autoparc Warranty.

If a service is not carried out at the correct interval and to manufacturers requirements and within 1000 miles or 1 month after the due date then the warranty will be invalidated.
